Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and protective stickers still attached.
  • It must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, or digital downloads. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
  2. Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send your item back before receiving these instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds Processing Times

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days after receiving the item.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days after approval. The timing of the credit appearing on your statement may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • If Rejected: If the item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you of the rejection. In such cases, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to arrange the exchange process.
